Response to brief

After reading the brief I had been given for this project I now understand what me and the rest of the cactus media teams requirements are to creating, planning and helping produce a television show at epic studios for a client (no fear gardening) In order to do all this we will be given specific roles and specific Vt's for the show so that everyone has a purpose that they are contributing to show. These roles include Director, camera roles, auto cue, presenter etc. We will be having weekly meetings with our client in order to know what they want and if what we are producing is up to their standards and ideologies. After having the first few meetings our client will make a clearer expectation of what they will want us to produce for the show before it goes live within the net few weeks.  After gathering ideas for vt's and live sections of the show, we will have to go into individual research into the ideas that we need to produce so we can make the vt's and prepare for the live sections before we go live. We will then be given our specific roles for the show and this will require us to go into various research and experimentation when working toward the live show for example; if I was chosen to do a camera role it would require me to do research into camera angles and types of shots used in live television shows. other expirmentations will take place in order to prepare the entire team for the live show such as mock rehearsals inside our television studio and epic studios where two of our full rehearsals will take place which will see us practice our given roles and also testing out other roles which will give us some experience incase we may have to fill in for one of the other roles. By the time show comes around we will be spending the entire day rehearsing for the show and then performing the show for our live studio audience while also streaming it live on facebook. After reading and now understanding the brief I realise that this is a very short module in this course but a great amount of work must be put in to successfully meet our clients demands and perform to the show to the highest quality that we can, as long as me and the team respond to the work load we are given in the correct way and prepare for the show so everything ends up being perfect by the time the live event comes around,
